Model: Archer AX23
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.2 Build 20250814 rel.14122

Hi there. So I have bought an Hissense Ac, the specific model being KE35MR0BG. When I try to connect to my routuer the app starts and freezes in the loading screen, and then gives me the error. I tried enabling/dissable smart connect, disabled 5GHz completely, adjusted the 2.4GHz to 1, 6, or 11 channels, to 20 MHz only, without the ax just 802.11 g/n/ mixed, and tried to set it up as WPA/WPA2, but nothing really works. Even Chat GPT won't find a way to connect to it.

Hello @rubrumnebula ,

Welcome to our community.

For your case, please try the following suggestions:

  • Open the Tether app, go to MORE > Block List, and make sure your AC is not accidentally blocked.
  • In the web management interface, go to Advanced > Wireless > Wireless Settings, and disable "Smart Connect" if it is enabled.
  • Ensure that your AC's firmware is up to date, and if possible, update the app or controller device you are using.
  • Contact Technical Support for any suggestions, including resetting the AC.

Best Regards.
