Hey! I bought router used couple of month ago and did factory reset before I start use it.
Now I want to configure DynamicDNS and it require to log in. I signed up, but when I am trying to log in it says:

"You cannot log in to this router since you are not a manager of it. Please ask the owner to add you to the managers list."
I don't have contacts of previous owner to resolve the situation. As I wrote upper factory reset was done and it didn't help.

Help me please.

Hi @ZnakBaron ,

Thanks for contacting our community.

In your case, you need to request unbinding from the original owner's TP-Link ID.

Please prepare an image or PDF of the POP (Proof of Purchase) or receipt, and take a picture of the label sticker on the bottom/back showing the MAC address.

Send these files to Local Support Email and request for the unbinding.
