Random no internet in ax12 5Ghz
So after updating to 1.2.1 my archer ax12 is not working as it was before. Whenever I connect in 5ghz it works perfectly for some time then out of nowhere the internet would cut off. This happens only with 5ghz. I have to wait for 2-3mins for the data to come. Green led glows all time. No issue from isp side. Checked with all devices. Please provide a solution.

Hello @Overthinker6969 ,
Welcome to our community.
Do you have a different router to compare it with?
Here are some suggestions that may help you:
1) Make sure the Router is properly placed; it should be put in an open area instead of inside a cabinet or shelf.
2) Change the wireless channel to another one. You may refer to Changing Channel and Channel Width on a TP-Link Router (new logo).
3) Change channel width to avoid interference. For 5 GHz wireless client devices, adjust the 5 GHz channel width to 80 MHz or 40 MHz.
Best Regards.

No interference from Neighbours checked with the channel. Router is placed at the center. And channel width is in 80/40mhz. So everything you said is done but still the problem exist.

Hi @Overthinker6969 ,
Thanks for getting back to me.
May I know when you bought the router?
How many devices experience an unstable wireless connection, and which ones?
Does the Wireless Network name disappear when dropping?
If other clients can access 5 GHz on other networks stably, please contact local support for further assistance.
