Hi, i replaced my Archer C7 v5 router for a an AX55 Pro v1.  On the old router i had a NAS WD Mycloud EX2 Ultra. 

 

The connection is with a LAN cable. 

 

I cannot get the NAS to show on my new router. I did a hard reset of the NAS, changed IPs to static but i cannot get it to connect. It connects perfectly to my old router. 

 

Any possible solutions?

  @Joseph-TP thank you for the feedback. It is working now. I did another hard reset of the NAS drive and it solves itself. In the NAS i had a static IP set while the router allocated a different IP. I imagine it was somehow connected as after the reset it works.

Welcome to our community.

 

Do you mean you changed the IP address to a static IP on the NAS? If so, please change the NAS's IP address to one obtained via DHCP.

Is there any error message when you tried to connect the NAS to the router?  Please take some screenshots with the error message if you encounter it.
