Hi guys,

I've recently purchased a 3 piece M4 kit to get WiFi to a converted detached garage but I'm having issues with the speed in the garage.

Unit 1 is connected via Ethernet to the router and gets 130mbps, unit 2 is in the kitchen (about 4 meters from 1) and gets 120mbps, then unit 3 is in the garage (about 8m from 2) but this only gets between 3-9mbps! 
 

im not sure what the issue is as I've seen some reviews saying they can get high speeds over much bigger distances. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong or any tips?
