Model: Archer C64
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.15.0 Build 250729 Rel.63489n(4555)

Did this firmware pulled out from the website? I swear I did download its zip file from the router's website but now, it's not listed anymore.

I am having issues with this firmware. And I can't downgrade to any version coz the error is this:

This is the firmware .bin file:

Archer-C64-1.0-IMG0-up-noboot-256B_agc3500_2025-07-29_18.07.55.bin

Yes, that's correct. For some reason the v1.15.0 release has been pulled out and the latest official release now is v1.14.30 Build 250729.

I clearly remember that this release (v1.15.0) was not downgradable - hence the error.

I specifically asked what's the difference between v1.14.30 and v1.15.0 (they both had been release on a same day), but I didn't get a useful answer - check this post.

By the way, what's your issue with v1.15.0 release ?

@terziyski Its AP mode is disconnecting. Hence, its syncing to the TP-Link Cloud also goes offline. So I can't manage it through the app anymore everytime that happens.

Can I downgrade via recovery mode? Does the Archer C64 V1 has recovery mode? And how to access it?

Also, based on the logs, these were the reason why the downgrade failed

(I tried downgrading to 1.14.30)

I am using v1.15.0 in AP mode with a static IP address and DHCP disabled. It works very stable so far.

Regarding recovery mode, you should try that by yourself, I've never had to go through this procedure.

You should be able to consult with your local support about the recovery procedure though.
