Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 6.0.0.25

We have approx 220 units connected to our on premises controller which has worked fine for several years.

When we try to start it up now the program starts, but when we try to launch is just says "Omada controller is starting up" and hangs.

Do we need to uninstall and reinstall - we do have recent .cfg and data files

  @Vincent-TP Thanks for that.

It doesn't work on any computer on local or remote network.

It doesn't work on the Omada App.

Both of which usually work perfectly.

Machine responds correctly to ping.

I am happy to uninstall and reinstall the program, just wanted to check anything else might cure it first.

Hi  @Kev0360

This is very likely related to the browser.

Before uninstalling and reinstalling, you may refer to the following to do some troubleshooting:

Hi  @Kev0360

Thanks for the reply.

Could you let me know whether you were able to launch the controller successfully after reinstalling?
