Hello @MimaV ,

Welcome to our community.

It seems that you are experiencing a login failure when trying to access your Range Extender, and you are being asked to try again if the problem persists.

Here are some steps you can try:

1. Forget all saved WiFi networks on your phone, then reconnect to the Range Extender's Wi-Fi and try opening the Tether app again. For detailed instructions, you can refer to How to remove existing wireless network profile on Android&iPhone.
2. Try logging in with another smartphone or tablet to see if the issue is specific to your current device.
3. Power cycle the extender by unplugging it for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in and wait for it to fully restart.
4. If the problem continues, reset the extender to factory settings. During setup, make sure to configure it with a Wi-Fi name (SSID) different from your main router to avoid conflicts.
