Model: Archer GE400
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.6 Build 20250930 rel.43997(5553)

I am from India. I recently bought an archer GE400 US. The internet is working fine but having ping issues during download and upload on the network. I have fiber internet with 150 mb upload and download. I configured the QoS bandwidth to every value: 100,110,135.150 but no change in bufferbloat latency. So I am forced to use it as my secondary router with QoS enabled on my primary mercusys mr70x router. Please help.

Hello @SamuDas ,

Welcome to our community.

Have you tested the latency values, bufferbloat, etc., with QoS enabled and disabled respectively? If you can, please send the screenshots with test results here.

So your network topology now is ISP modem—MR70X—GE400)))((( client devices

(Note: — stands for wired connection,)))((( stands for wireless connection )

Please tell me how many clients do you have and what are they?

The QoS function of the MR70X doesn't cause any latency, right?

Please try to change DNS on the router as below:How to Change the DNS servers on the wireless router

Also, please confirm all clients and routers are up to date.
