Hello @Darren47 ,

Welcome to our community.

For your case, here are some steps to help:
1. Check the WiFi password length: Most TP-Link range extenders support WiFi passwords between 8 and 63 characters. Make sure your WiFi password is within this range and does not contain unsupported special characters.
2. Use the correct password: If you are unsure of your WiFi password, you can check it on your router's settings page or on the label at the bottom of your TP-Link router (if you haven't changed it from the default).
3. Reset the range extender: If the password is correct and within the supported length, but you still get the error, try resetting the range extender again and set it up from scratch.
