Archer AX15 2.4GHz shows “No Internet” every few hours but 5GHz works fine

I’m facing an issue with my TP-Link Archer AX15 router.
My 2.4GHz network loses internet connection every 2–3 hours and shows “No Internet,” but the Wi-Fi stays connected. At the same time, the 5GHz network works perfectly with no interruption.
What I already tried:
1. Restarted the router multiple times
2. Forgot and reconnected Wi-Fi on devices
3. Checked ISP line (internet works on 5GHz)
Devices on 2.4GHz suddenly can’t browse until I restart the router. Then it works again for some time.
Is this a firmware issue or settings problem?
Any suggestion would be appreciated.
