MA260 + Router TP-Link 3020 Connexion fail, does't restart

MA260 + Router TP-Link 3020 Connexion fail, does't restart

Trying to use 3G Internet mobile connexion using a TP-Link-Pocket_3020 router provided with MA 260 3G HSPA USB modem.
- First installation works 3 minutes, then connexion fail, green LED blinking on the key. No auto restart. Trying reinstall give the same result, disapointed !!!
- Lauch of TP-Link utility indicate connexion in progress but never succeed !
- The same Sim mounted on my GSM phone at the same place work perfect, sharing this connexion using WiFi also works fine.
I suspect that I'm stupid as TP-Link 3G Key plus a TP-Link Pocket 3020 seems not to be the best reliable choice as compare to a cheap used 3G phone to share the internet access.
Anybody else having same trouble ? Will see and claim for refund or exchange for a more reliable device.
