Model: Archer BE230
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.3 Build 20251120 rel.38341(4341)

Hello @AmateurUser ,

Welcome to our community.

According to Google Translate, your question is about slow wireless speed on BE230. If there is any discrepancy, please describe it in English.

It seems that you're getting your full 400 Mbps speed when connected via Ethernet, but your Wi-Fi speeds are limited to around 90 Mbps across multiple devices, and you're wondering if your router might be broken. Let me help you troubleshoot this:

How to accurately test your Wi-Fi speed:
1. Use https://www.speedtest.net or the Speedtest app to test your speed.
2. When testing wireless speed, connect your phone/laptop to the high-speed network (5GHz or 6GHz) instead of 2.4GHz. To reach maximum throughput over wireless, place the device next to the router during testing.

Tips to improve your router's Wi-Fi speed:
1. Log in to the web interface of the router (http://tplinkwifi.net), go to Advanced > QoS, and make sure QoS is disabled.
2. Open the Tether app, go to Parental Control, and ensure no parental control profile is configured for your devices.
3. Go to the web interface > Advanced > Wireless Settings to change the 5GHz Wi-Fi channel. Test different channels to find the best one for your environment, as interference from nearby networks can significantly impact speeds.
4. Go to the web interface > Advanced > NAT Forwarding > UPNP to disable UPNP, then go to Advanced > Security to disable SIP ALG. These features may affect Wi-Fi performance and speedtest results.
5. Speedtest by Ookla allows you to select different servers • try other speedtest servers, as some may provide better speeds.
6. Ensure your router's firmware is up to date by going to Advanced > System > Firmware Update.
