could you please advise me if AP Isolation and Hairpin NAT are available to setup at  TP-Link BE6500 and ( if yes ) how to make this happen.

Welcome to our community.

 

For AP isolation, please go to Advanced > Wireless > Additional Settings.

To the best of my knowledge, all our Archer routers support NAT Loopback (also known as Hairpin NAT or NAT reflection) by default.
