Slow "upload speed" on Deco XE200 on 5 Ghz WiFi, download speed is perfect!
Hi TP-Link Community
I have bought 4* Deco XE200 units and set them up in a mesh network to run my 1000/1000 fiber internet throughout my house.
WiFi coverage is excellent everywhere, however..... I got really poor upload speeds on Speedtest.net when choosing every server i can, even the one that is from my ISP.
I have tried to just use 1 main deco unit, with a Cat 8.1 cable directly from the 10Gbit port to the Fiberbox on the wall from the ISP.
When i run a cabled connection from my PC with ethernet Cat 8.1 from the Deco XE200 unit, and run a speedtest i get like 924/915 connection which is awesome (my ISP promise that i get at least 900/900 cabled) so that is pretty spot on.
So it is a WiFi issue with my Deco XE200 - when i run a WiFi 5 Ghz connection like 1 meter from the Deco unit with the same speedtest settings, i get all the same download speed, roughtly those 924 mbit DL - but like 80-120 mbit upload.
I have absolutely no idea what to do to fix it.... 924/915 with cable to the Deco XE200 but 924/120 with 5 Ghz WiFi (1 meter range) from the Deco device.
Any ideas?
