This is in reference to "On the Go" Kidshield  feature.

User Requirement:

I want to restrict the usage of my kids mobile device but ensure that they always have access to certain critical apps like Maps, Calendar, Camera, Wallet,  Family Messaging, etc.

e.g. I want to limit my kids daily usage to 2 hrs,

however, once this limit is reached, they should still be able to use Maps to find directions if they are at a new friends place.

or check upcoming events via calendar. They should also be able to communicate with family.

Kidshield has a feature for "Always Allowed Apps" with the description of 

"Set always allowed apps that the profile can access at all times"

However this thread indicates that the time limits override the "Always Allowed Apps" setting.

This seems diffrent from the feature description  in the app.

Request:

Ensure "Always Allowed Apps" are actually Always Allowed irrespective of any other settings like time limits or category blocks  that are in place.
