Why can the ping result show duplicated packets (DUP) when using the Omada 6.1 controller?

Model: EAP723
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.4 Build 20251224 Rel. 62114

We are using an EAP723. Previously, when using the Omada controller v5.8.3, there was no packet duplication (DUP) issue when pinging. When we tried migrating the controller from Omada v5.8.3 to Omada v6.1.0.19, the ping results started showing duplicated packets (DUP). We have checked the configuration and found nothing wrong.

Are there any firmware updates available to fix the EAP723, or is there a known issue with the Omada controller v6.1.0.19 that could cause this?

We have also tried changing the RF channels, but the duplicated packets still appear.

Hi  @RTO888

Thanks for posting here.

What device did you ping to? From which device?

Which device is using the IP 10.10.12.254?

To better understand the situation, please provide the network topology.

BTW, is there any issue or abnormality in this network?
