Please run the WTFast application directly on your computer, subscribe to its service, and test whether it helps speed up your games.

If it does, then log in to the corresponding WTFast account on your router and test if it works.

Additionally, what specific symptoms are you experiencing when you can't use the WTFast service? For example, can't log into the game? Or are there others? Please provide screenshots of the relevant error messages.

It appears your network has double NAT. I'd like to confirm if your network topology is as follows: Fiber optic cable -> Modem -> Your gaming router -> Clients

If your modem has a standalone NAT, you'll likely need to set it to bridge mode. For specific instructions, it's recommended to contact your ISP to confirm if this is feasible.
