Change to Virgin broadband and Tp Link power line stops working

I've recently changed broadband providers from plus net to Virgin Media. All of a sudden the Powerline link has stopped working which is frustrating as I use it to connect to my sky box. I've tried the manual reset and pair buttons on both adapters several times to no avail. Adapters are the AV500 if it helps.Any suggestions? Thanks.
