Model: Deco M5
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.9.1 Build 20250909 Rel. 37570

My Deco app suddenly showed all three M5 units as offline. I factory-reset one unit and tried to reconnect it via the app, but the setup failed. After searching these forums, I found posts indicating this issue started after the September 2025 firmware update. Has TP-Link acknowledged this bug? It appears my M5's pairing status may have been permanently broken by the upgrade. Is there a known fix or rollback method?

Hi,
The latest firmware(V1.9.4) for the Deco M5 V3 is being released gradually. If you can see the new firmware in the Deco app, it's recommended to update it and check whether it helps.
Best Regards
