I'm having a major problem with my nx200-outdoor router's download speed.

Unlike the NX500, the maximum 4G/5G download speed is 100-130 Mbps and the upload speed is 60-90 Mbps.

I'll start by saying that I've tried every possible test, including changing SIM cards, changing directions, changing POE ports, updating the firmware, disabling QOS control, and switching carriers, but I've seen no improvement.

I also called tech support, who told me over the phone that a firmware update would be released soon, but so far, nothing appears on the support website.

The worst part is that using an NX500 placed inside my house, with the same SIM card used with the nx200-outdoor, I'm achieving impressive download speeds of 400-500 Mbps, while upload speeds seem to be "locked" at a maximum of 60-80 Mbps.

I kindly ask if you have any news of new software to download or if there are other solutions to adopt.
