Hi, my internet is not working and it says “not connected.”

 

I have already restarted my router, but it’s still not working.

 

Could you please help me fix this issue?

Hi, sorry to hear you're having trouble. Since you've already tried a restart, it would be really helpful to know a bit more to narrow down what's happening. Are the lights on your router a different color than usual or blinking in a specific pattern, and have you checked if the cable coming from your wall or modem is plugged in securely? Also, it might be worth giving your ISP a quick call just to make sure there isn't an outage in your area, as they can sometimes see if the signal is even reaching your home. Let me know what you find and we can go from there
