Since your Deco units show green LEDs but the WiFi signal disappears, this indicates the internet connection is working but there's an issue with the WiFi broadcast. Here are troubleshooting steps to help resolve this:

General troubleshooting:
1. Make sure both Deco units are properly placed in open areas • do not put any Deco unit in enclosed spaces like cabinets, shelves, or corners.

2. Since you're using Ethernet backhaul, temporarily remove the Ethernet cable between the two units to see if this resolves the issue. Sometimes Ethernet backhaul can cause conflicts.

3. Open the Deco app, go to MORE > ECO Mode (if available), and ensure that ECO Mode is turned off.

4. Use the 'Network Optimization' tool in the Deco app to automatically optimize your WiFi channels, which may help with interference issues.

5. Open the Deco app, go to MORE > System > Firmware Update, and ensure all Deco units have the latest firmware installed.

6. Try rebooting both Deco units by unplugging their power, waiting 10 seconds, then plugging them back in.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, please reply back to this post

Thanks.
