The NAND IC of the router is damaged. The programmer(RT809F) or EZP2023+ is unable to read the NAND IC. So, I need the dump file of this model to restore the router to its previous state. Since the old IC is completely damaged, I am unable to copy the dump file from the old IC and flash it to the new IC. Please help me by providing the dump file. Thanks in advance.

Hello @Avik2026 ,
Thanks for your reply.
TP-Link is unable to provide NAND dump files or internal memory images due to the confidentiality of our proprietary technology.
As an alternative, we suggest checking our firmware recovery guide, which covers methods for recovering a bricked or unresponsive router: How to Recover a Bricked TP-Link Router. However, please note that these methods are software-based and may require at least a minimally functional flash storage to work.
Since the NAND IC is completely damaged and hardware-level recovery is beyond what standard support can assist with, please contact Local Support for further assistance.
