Hello @Pipnin ,

The red signal light on your RE205 indicates that the extender is receiving a weak Wi-Fi signal from your main router. This usually means the extender is placed too far from the router or there are too many obstructions between them.

Here's what to do: Move your RE205 closer to your main router. Once it's in a better location and receiving a stronger signal, the light should turn from red to solid blue, which means the extender is connected properly and in a suitable position.

If you forget the login password, you should reset the extender and configure it again.
