Model: XC220-G3v
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.10.0.0.8.0

Before the upgrade, everything was working perfectly. After upgrading to firmware v1.10, the ONT no longer initializes the LAN port correctly after every reboot.

Network Setup

  • Airtel Fibre connection
  • XC220-G3v used as ONT
  • A router is connected to one of the LAN ports of the XC220-G3v

Problem

Whenever the XC220-G3v reboots:

  • The router connected to the LAN port shows the WAN connection as disconnected.
  • The LAN port appears to be inactive or not properly initialized.
  • Internet connectivity is not restored automatically.

Temporary Workaround

To restore connectivity, I have to:

  1. Log in to the XC220-G3v web interface.
  2. Go to Advanced → Network → Internet.
  3. Click Modify on the current Internet connection.
  4. Toggle the LAN port assignment (Check & Uncheck)
  5. Save the settings.

Immediately after doing this, the LAN port becomes active and the router regains Internet connectivity.

Troubleshooting Performed

  • Multiple reboots tested.
  • Factory reset performed.
  • Ethernet cable replaced, also tried different LAN ports
