BE63 Firmware Upgrade Failed
I can't upgrade Firmware on my DECO BE63.
If I oprn App and select Firmware Upgrade, it shows an error claiming Download Failed.

If I go to Mail WEB interface (Living Room), it keeps me logging out almost every click, but I can get to the upgrade page. It shows me there's anupgrade available (1.3.2 Build 26040912 Rel. 40631), but when I clicck UPGRADE BUTTOM, sometimes it log me out or do nothing.

I also tried to go to tplinkdeco.net site, but it has no DNS.
I also can't find the FW file to download on main DECO site.
How can I update my DECO FW ??
Thanks

I ended upgrading by downloading the FW from the site.
I was not managing to find the file because I bought this system in US, but I'm on Brazil. It is not being sold here, so it is not available on the Brazilian site. When I changed the region it apeared.
So I downloaded and upgraded mannually.
Thanks.

@alexantao are you using any custom DNS? Is your internet connection stable?
Custom DNS may be blocking things, especially if it contains any sort of filtering (like ad blocking).
What happens if you change your DNS to 8.8.8.8 and also try something hard wired to the BE63 to ensure good stability.

@carguy143 Yes, I do hava a Pihole on my network, but it does not filter anything from my DECOs, and I already disabled it and it did not work. It has worked before, and it was on automatic update. I also disabled adblocker plugin.
It makes no sense it keeps logging me out.
Internet here is stable.
I also get some errors on DECO's log:

I'm glad you managed to find the download and it works. I am getting errors in the logs on my BE65 similar to what you see in yours.
