Blocked clients do not show up, unable to access wifi
I have 2 clients (Windows Laptop and Nintendo Switch) that I blocked a few days ago. Now I want to unblock them, but I am not able to see them in the blocked list. The clients are not able to access wifi.
I have cleared out any profile groups i had, any existing lists etc. I "forgot" the clients in an attempt to clear them out and maybe have them rediscovered. Now when they try to connect, i can see it in the logs, but when i click on the mac address, it says client does not exist. How can I fix this? I'm not able to change the mac addresses on the clients either.
[Failed]D0-55-09-98-AE-39 failed to connect to Upstairs (New) - Wifi7 with SSID "JKH1428" on channel 149 because the user was blocked by MAC block/MAC Filter/Lock To AP.(2 times in the last minute)
Neither of these was locked to an AP, it has to be because at one point they were blocked, which i assume is by mac address.

I'm familiar...I block and unblock clients all the time. My list is showing empty, I can't even find the clients anywhere or when I click on the error. I know they are still blocked somehow in the controller's internal DB because the error in the logs that I copied.

then I don't know, isn't it lock to ap you've used on these clients? it won't block but lock the devices to a specific ap, if the ap is not available then login will fail. try searching for the mac address under online client and offline client, set 1 month. so that you get everything from the last month.

I have already tried that. I have not ever locked these devices to any AP, only blocked them or unblocked them in the regular client list.

@MR.S please remove the "recommended solution", it is not a solution it is literally step 1 of how to locate clients. It's not relevant to this problem.

Hi @jhud922
Thanks for posting here. As the OP, you can click the Recommended Solution button to unmark it.
For your inquiry, do you remember how you blocked the two devices? Via the Block button? or via MAC filter? or any other settings?

Do you remember when you blocked them?
When you click the logs, you will be redirected to the config page. Its default time range is not long. You need to manually adjust the time range backward. Please check these three pages one by one.
