Firmware Version: OC220v1_1.5.18 Build 20260506 Rel.79588

In Global View - Alerts there appeared " Log Quantity Close to Limit" and the description of the event: " The number of logs is about to reach the storage limit of the Controller. Please back up the data in time, otherwise oldest data will be deleted after the limit is reached". This event I can view only in Global View - it is not reflected at my local site. I can easily delete this log, but it re-appears. In the upper right corner of the page there is a note:  Current/Max Controller Logs:

10K+/10K+ and a green bar, which is almost full.

How can I delete these logs?

I was trying to locate the option for the deletion of the logs, but in vain. In settings I have already decreased the number of logs to be recorded to absolute minimum.

I would not like to make a hardware reset of my controller.

If you need any additional information (screenshots), I will provide it.

Thank You!

Hi @VitaliyT

Thanks for reaching out to TP-Link Business Forums.

You can refer to this FAQ to delete the oldest logs: How to Resolve the “The Number of Logs Is Up to the Limit” Alert in Omada Controller | Omada Network Support

  @Gabriel-TP

Thank You! But the problem is, that I have already done all that recommended. Unfortunately there are no logs to delete manually but log notifications that the Log Full.
