Slower download speed on my third powerline adapter - TL-PA8030P

TP-LINK TL-PA7020P KIT AV1000 2 Port Gigabit Passthrough Powerline Adapter Starter Kit (1000 Mbps, HomePlug AV2, Multiple HD Streams and No Configurat
This adapter is plugged into my BT router & the second TL-PA7020P adapter is plugged into my upstairs bedroom.
I get download speed of: 37.46mbps and Upload: 9.31mbps

Why am I getting a slower download speed on the TL-PA8030P? I had some problems before with the TL-PA8030P model
The third adapter (TL-PA8030P) is in my second bedroom.

Here's proof of the plugs I have bought & tested.
After replacing the TL-PA8030P KIT AV1200 with a TL-PA7020P KIT AV1000 everything started working great!
The TL-PA8030P KIT AV1200 was connected to my second computer in bedroom2, my internet speeds where much slower.
Since replacing my plugs with the TP-LINK TL-PA7020P model, I am getting much faster connections on all of my computers!
Please note I have four TL-PA7020P KIT AV1000 2 Port plugs which work great.
So I will be seeking to return these plugs to TPLINK, its been too long to return them back to Amazon.
