Print Server TL-PS110P problems with network

When Iam using the device with a printer Epson LQ-680pro, only I can to send ten documents. If I send more than ten documents the printer lose the link with the network.
I did made the test:
1.- reinstaller the software
2.- change the IP of a print server
3.- change the point in the switch
Please somebody to help me with the problem.
