TL-PA8030P KIT new firmware available?

I am testing a TL-PA8030P KIT (EU) V1.0 and I am very disappointed because of very slow speeds, compared with my old DEVOLO AV650+. Of course, for my tests I disconnected the DEVOLOs and I used only the TL-PA8030P.
In the TP-Link downloadcenter I can find only a firmware published 12/11/2014 for TL-PA8030P KIT(EU) 1.0. The support-team sent me a link to a newer firmware. But this firmware is from 09/02/ 2015.
For TL-PA8010P KIT(EU) V1 I can find a firmware dated from 29/02/ 2016.
Modifications and Bug Fixes：
1.Use the certified emission power.
2.Improve the stability and performance.
Is a newer firmware from 2016 also available for the TL-PA8030P ? How can I get it?
