IPv6 multicast through TP-Link Powerline Wireless Extender

Firmware Version : 1.0.4 Build 141030 Rel.50540n

Any got successful experience in using IPv6 through Wifi Powerline Extenders like TP-LINK WPA4230P? Wireless clients are unable to receive IPv6 Neighbor Discovery packets and therefore cannot communicate with other IPv6 routers connected to the wired network.
