TL-PA211. Windows 7. Virgin super Hub 2.

I have a TL-PA211 kit.

It has been working fine with windows 7, with the receiving plug located upstairs in my office.

When the computer starts it automatically connects to my router wirelessly, this is slow so I close it and the computer automatically connects to my router via the TP Link.

Recently it will not give me internet access.

I tried resetting the link, no joy.

I brought the upstairs plug downstairs into the same room as the router and paired successfully, still no internet?

If I undo the Ethernet cable from the TP Link plug and plug it directly from my laptop into my router I have internet!

Both ethernet cables are fine.

Can you please tell me what is wrong?
