WPA281 Wireless Settings and Wireless Security Blank on Web Utility

So i wanted to change my Powerline Adaptor wireless settings. I logged into the utility and typed in the username and password.
I was able to get in okay, but when i clicked on Wireless settings, no options came up. The same for Wireless security.
I updated the firmware and tried again. That didn't work either.
I reset the factory setting to default, still nothing.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this issue please?
