Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version :

ISP :

Hi i am getting this error in system log and it's not assigning i.p address to the device.

DHCPS:Wrong Server id or request an invalid ip error on Model No. TL-WA830RE

Please suggest

também estou recebendo a mesma mensagem em meu log no roteador modelo abaixo.

Versão de Firmware:0.9.1 3.16 v004c.0 Build 170309 Rel.57384n

Versão de Hardware:Archer C20 v4 00000004

 

Alguém sabe o que pode ser?

What is the model number of your device? 

 

Did you use the host wifi password to configure the extender? 

 

Try to disable DHCP server on the web UI and setup a static IP for it.

The model number is printed on the back of the actual device. 

 

The host wifi password is your main router's wifi password; if you do not know it, you need contact their tech support to get some help.
