I connected a E303C Huawei 3G USB modem that worked fine when connected directly to a Windows 10 PC
to a TL-MR3020 router but it doesn´t connect to internet as you can see in the following pictures:

Hi,
I think you need to check whether the modem you use is contained in compatibility list of MR3020.

I can see that M3020 doesn't support E303C, Can you show us screenshot from TP-Link Status tab when you have plugged modem via USB port?
