hi it was working great until i updated the firmware successfully then all hell broke loose i get internal error and no sim card and though there is sim in it what do i do now?

Hi, Maybe the mr200 you bought is a special version for new Zealand and you upgrade to a wrong firmware, I think your should downgrade to the older one your used.

yes i can log in i dont think creating a profile will help as it shows there is no sim card but there is sim this all happened after the update
