I can't access the management settings on the Powerline adapter in order to change the SSID and password. Neither of the solutions tp-link provides work - I get an error message when I try to connect my computer wirelessly to the Adapter to access the Management Interface, and there is no download utility for the specific model I have, on the tp-link support page. Can anyone help?

This worked for me:

Please go to this link below and download the utility for your computer. If you have a windows computer, please use the 3rd one, if you have a MAC computer, please use the 2nd one:
http://www.tp-link.com/en/download/TL-WPA4220_V1.html#Utility

Then please run the utility on your computer, and connect the device (TL-WPA4220) to your computer(via cable, or via wifi). Then please refer to this link to change the wifi settings manually:
