I have tried to connect my iPhone 4S on my TL-MR 3420 (3G/4G Wireless N Router) as a modem. Internet is not working. What should I do to make it work. Thank you for help and answers.

Not sure if you can use the devices in that way.
But you can upgrade the firmware of TL-MR3220 and set correct parameters( such as APN, Dial NO) on the router.
