Hi my new Archer C3200 is having an issue with dropped connection to my ISP modem cable.
I did update to the latest firmware for the Canada version (Archer_C3200(CA)_V1_160116.zip) and it did not fix the issue.
I frequently get an error 1 showing up in the router GUI.
My older Netgear router works perfectly with the modem cable so I know the problem is caused by the C3200.
The router is configured to use DHCP from the ISP.
Any suggestion for me try to resolve the issue before I get fed up and return the product ?

Done that, no difference.
Another user was told by the TP-Link support that the router cannot handle more than 8 devices !
That could be the problem since I have about 16 devices.
I decided to return it and replaced it with a different brand, no issue so far !
