Hardware Version : v1

Firmware Version : the first and only one

ISP :

My network is 192.168.0.xxx but items attached to my homeplugs pick up 192.168.1.xxx for some reason, is this a TP-LINK setting? My Devolos did not do this

No, there is probably some additional undiscovered or misconfigured DHCP Server in your Network.

Definitely not a problem of the adapters.

Adapters don't have or need IP address, they only provide a physical layer, so Geicher is right
