I am having the same issue. It is associated with the issue described in the following thread.

check the dsl parameters, if it is not in the normal value, then the line is not good.

It is definitely internet drops. It is shown on the network map in basic settings.

How do you get the DSL settings up on the VR900? There is nothing that looks like the pages on the link you posted.

OK I eventually found it.

My DSL settings are as follows.


















UpstreamDownstream
SNR Margin(dB)
11.1
6.2
Line Attenuation(dB)
14.6
24.5


All looks OK except SNR downstream

I have updated a couple of other aspects suggested on that page. I will see if it makes any difference. If not then I will email TP-Link. Thanks for your help.
