Hi,

I have bought a Archer MR200 2 month ago
> firmware : 0.9.1 1.1 v004a.0 Build 160905 Rel.60037n (latest)
> hardware : Archer MR200 v1 00000001

It worked well until 2 weeks ago. Since I regulary have the same error (average once a day):
SIM Card Status : "No SIM card detected. Please make sure that your SIM card is slid properly in the card slot."

If I reboot the router (from the webadmin), the sim is well detected :
SIM Card Status : "SIM card prepared"

The SIM is a dedecated one, I do never get it out of the router.
Moreover, the message is not appropriate : a hardware reboot fix temporary the problem, and I do not touch the SIM

A factory reset didn't solve the problem.

It would be great of someone has suggestions about this :)

Hi,

Same behavior for me ! Very annoying.

A simple reboot and the problem is fixed...

Firmware:
0.9.1 1.1 v004a.0 Build 160905 Rel.60037n

Hardware:
Archer MR200 v1 00000001

Does anyone has a solution ?

Did you try changing APN configuration?

I am not sure if this will help you,

Have you tried searching in Internet the APN details of your current ISP and editing them in the admin configuration of the MR200?

When I was travelling last month I bought an MR200 and it worked with my spanish SIM card. But after 5 minutes it stopped working over and over again. Then I realised I had to edit manually the APN details and after that it is working without problem.

I too have this issue on a MR400 device.

I think that the ISP (Red by SFR) may block the sim when I'm downloading to much.

no this problem !
try another sim card and the best solution try another ISP !

I still don't have a solution and the problem is still there. Every 2-3 days, I need to reboot the router manually.
