Hi,
I have a c9 and I have a severe problem with internet connection.
I can connect to my home wifi network but have no internet access. This only occurs using android phones and tablets (laptop is ok).
Now if I turn on the guest network I can connect and have internet on all android devices.
This is a pain as I have to switch from guest to main to access my media from my PC.
Has anyone any ideas how to fix this, it has been driving me mad for suite awhile.
I have tried disabling all security but the problem persisits.

have you tried firmware upgrade and reset? this is very wired, you can also submit a ticket to tp-link support so they can test it.

Yes I have upgraded the firmware and no joy. I am operating on the guest network at the mo but it is not ideal if I need to access files on another device.
How do i raise a ticket???

I went to the website and sent an email, waiting now for them to come back to me.
I set my router to use opendns servers to see but still the same!!!!

Hi Redriddic, any update? Perhaps you can reset the router by pressing the reset button. Maybe some settings are not right for the main network.
