Archer c3200 disconnects from the internet

Hi all
I've got an Archer C3200 configured (with quick configuration) to connect to the internet via PPPoE (this is stable, using an apple router earlier and all worked fine)
This router disconnects from the internet from time to time. It has nothing to do with the internet provider.
My firmware is 0.9.1 0.1 v004b.0 Build 160712 Rel.55313n
do you have any clues why the router keeps loosing internet connection? It happens either via wifi or cable, the light on the router related to internet connection turns orange and the internet status in admin panel says PPPoE disconnected

Same issue here.... Archer C3200 (Wifi connection) has been working fine over a year and since a few months it is disconnecting from the internet and the "earth" logo is turning orange. Need some help to make my teleworking day less frustrating!!!

I have the same issues with my c3200. It also loses internet connection all the time. If there is no fix soon it will be my last from tp-link...

I have never seen worse customer service. I have the same issue - TP Link has not replied here, their chat feature is available, but is not answered, and when I try to submit something by email, it gets rejected.
I assume you're all like me, in that you'll never purchase another TP-Link product again.
