@TP-Link Deco

Hello,

I seem to have a hard time finding how many deco devices can be connected together. Somewhere I have read, that there is a maximum of ten. The Deco E4 have that statement.

But how about the Deco M5, M9 and M9 Plus? I seem to be unable to find the limit for these?

I have a large network of 10x M9 Plus, apart from a problem in another thread, I would need to connect two more to fully cover the building. I do not want to buy them just to return them afterwards.

Thank you,

Marek

@guddadesign

@TP-Link Deco

I was nit asking about the maximum number connected to the deco. But the maximum amount of deco units connected to each other. As described, the E4 has this stated. The Deco M9, M9 Plus and M5 do not.

I am starting to get very tired of such support, given how many units a have bought and I cant get a straight answer from tp-link for such a basic question.

Not to mention the bad decisions made in the firmware of Deco M9 Plus, due to which I can not use them now for months!

TP-Link, please get someone to answer this simple question...

Thank you

@TP-Link Deco Hopefully a firmware update makes this more reliable with only ethernet backhaul, but for now it seems you must connect wirelessly first

So I can connect maximum 10 nodes wirelessly and 32 via cables? Does this work for P7 model only or for the complete Deco series. I am using E4 models.
