Hi all, yesterday setting the configuration of my archer C3150 received two error messages "Error code: 1 Internal Error!" And "Error code: 9805 Corresponding Case Not Found". I could not save the changes.

I tried to reset to factory values from the web page and on reboot it stays in boot loop (watch video)

I can not enter the configuration page, the reset button does not work and I have not been able to connect via tftp.


What else can I do?

can you see the wireless signal? if reset can't fix it, i think you should contact TP-link support so they can troubleshoot it. They may decide its hardware problem as replace it for you
