Same problem here in Switzerland with Orange/Salt.....random disconnection ! Got the latest firmware ! ZeWeLL keep us update about the unofficial firmware ! Thanks

Hi,

Same behavior for me ! Very annoying.

A simple reboot and the problem is fixed...

Firmware:
0.9.1 1.1 v004a.0 Build 160905 Rel.60037n

Hardware:
Archer MR200 v1 00000001

Does anyone has a solution ?

Did you guys try different sim card?
My MR200 v2 seems have no such issue.
You may contact your retailer to see if you can get a V2 version.

Hi. I have that same problem in Finland with three routers. Error occurs daily. I can log in to router locally and reboot, then it works one day. I have latest firmware in all of those routers.
Anyone got any help from tp-link?

Hi All,
TP-Link received some feedback about this issue and we are still trying to find a solution for it.
Here are two suggestions:
1. Change sim cards first. If this can solve the problem, please provide the below information to support@tp-link.com.
a. Who is your sim card provider? how often does the issue happen? Was the router working normally before? When did it start to have this issue?
b. Normally how many devices are connected to the router and what application are running? Reduce clients to perform a test.
c. If you unplug the sim card, whether the issue will happen again?

2. If other sim cards still have the same issue, you can contact your retailer or TP-Link support for a replacement when the router is still under warranty, and also provide above information to support@tp-link.com.

Thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately I do not have a second sim card to make those tests.
Second, the problem happens (on my side) sometimes 2 or 3 times a day, and sometimes it last 1 entire week without a problem. So making the test without a sim card seem not realistic on my side since I need my internet connection to work.
I'll contact the support and ask for a new device.

Same for me. The router can work fine 5 days whitout problem, I tried another sim card, it worked 3 days fine, and today i got a problem, A question for you!: do you have changed the ip LAN? Because its worked fine from 3 days and today when i have changed the ip lan i got this problem ( error inetrnal)2min later.My be its just coincidence!!!!!! But its happened.Ps: sim card Free in france ??. And its my second tp archer200. Both same problemThanks

I'm just using the router with WIFI, no ethernet cable is connected.
On my side, it seems that when I connect my Galaxy S8 to the WIFI and my laptop together, the problem appears really ofter (1 time per hour approx.).
Almost no problem when only my laptop is connected.
