Does a computer work with your network using those static IP?
If it does, connect the computer to the C60 by an Ethernet cable, login to 192.168.0.1, go to Advance-Network-Internet, change the Internet Connection Type to Static IP,
type in the same IP address and under Mac Clone, choose Use the Current Computer Mac Address.

If it doesn't, contact your Organization to check the connection type and whether there is a Mac binding for the network.
The computer should work with the network first, so does the router.
